The Onward & Upward Educational Foundation, Inc. is a non-profit corporation established exclusively for charitable and educational purposes, including, for such purposes, the making and distributions of scholarships to graduating high school students seeking to continue their education at an accredited college or university. The foundation also seeks to organize and conduct seminars/trainings to prevent violence in our communities, to improve the mental and physical health of African American people, to improve the success rate of African-American high school and college students,  to increase their leadership skills, career training, and to promote successful matriculation towards earning a high school diploma and at a minimum a bachelor's degree from a college or university.
